Vilahouse should provide more spacious way of living with higher standards. The basic volume is created from tilted block that is firstly respecting surrounding terrain conditions and secondly using its bigger side for southern sun. This idea is supported by substential glass facade with loggias. Undergound garage mass is extended and its top used for winter garden and terrace. 

Project includes 3 appartment units from which 2 of them are located on two floor connected by interior staircase. Building communication core contains staircase with an eleveator for wheelchairs acces. Each appartment includes master bedroom, rooms for children, living room connected with kitchen, bathroom and some storage space. Most of living rooms is oriented to the south, some on north-east.
